Our Story

Born from a passion for South India's vibrant flavors, Gattu's was a home kitchen since 1990 with humble roots, providing fresh batter and sambar to Lucknow's residents, long since then we have gravitated towards creating the most mouth watering south Indian dishes, with the freshest ingredients, served hot now at our very own restaraunt at Sapru Marg, Hazratganj. Our founder Asha Asthana is a highly acclaimed food enthusiast and chef based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. We are tremendously inspired by her vision to provide the tastiest, and best quality South Indian food at an affordable price.
