Other variations of this classic dish include Ghee and Podi/ Gunpowder spice filling with masala, Cheddar cheese filled masala dosa or simply a plain crispy dosa for maximum crunch served with classic coconut chutney, Tomato peanut chutney and hot sambar.

Idli Sambar/ Rassam

Hot and freshly steamed rice cakes (2 Pc's) served with hot sambar, coconut chutney and tomato peanut chutney. Other Variations available are Ghee with Podi Gunpowder spice, or Rassam instead of Sambar.

Vada Sambar's/ Rassam

Crispy lentil donuts (2 pcs) soaked served with fresh coconut chutney tomato peanut chutney and Hot nutrient rich sambar or rassam.

Uttapam's

Thick rice pancake topped with a mix of onions, tomatoes, and capsicum. Other variations Include specific vegetable Uttapams with a generous amount onions or tomatoes only.

Sambar/ Rassam Rice- Hot steamed rice served with sambar or rassam that is accompanies with the coconut and tomatoe peanut chutney.

Curd Rice- A south Indian breakfast special available all day. Hot steamed rice tossed in fresh Indian home made curd seasoned with sautéed spices and peanuts. Seasonal specials include topping of fresh fruit.
